Open Mic with Cultivating Freedom

I enjoyed the organic talk on Narcissism. There are so many levels to this topic, and each host has their own set of questions. I enjoyed the questions I was asked and the knowledge of the host, Kevin. When you actually realize what your marriage is about and get the courage to leave, you look back and question, "How could I have tolerated this behaviour for so long?" Truth is, they keep your head spinning so you don't realize what they are doing. I found that Kevin had an easy feeling that I could open up and talk to a long-time friend. I have a chapter in a compilation book titled "Aftermath of Narcissistic Abuse." This is another good topic, as a victim, you are left with discovering all the damage done to you. This is a time where you dive deep and rebuild yourself and learn so it doesn't happen again.
