Trust in Leadership

Terrific! Thank you. Before the conversation, Kevin and Brichelle had clearly thought about my unusual approach to what I call True Leadership ("The author’s approach to true leadership is unique and successfully challenges standard leadership doctrines", according to a Harvard graduate). They had even read my book! Their questions were perceptive, sometimes challenging and always on point. It was a lively conversation and the hour passed very quickly (for me, anyway!). When almost seven in ten people believe leaders are knowingly misleading them, according to Edeleman's 2025 research, we no longer have merely a communications issue...we have a trust issue. True leadership is founded on mutual trust, respect and purpose. Without trust, leaders and everything around them are dust!
