Bill DeBarba is a serial entrepreneur. He began the classic “back bedroom office” business, developing custom software for local companies. His company, BusinessWare Services, Inc. (BWSI), grew to the point where he had a staff developing products and providing services to a base of loyal customers nationwide. In his nearly 40 years of ownership and management, he achieved considerable success. One measure of that success is that, during those years, no customer ever resorted to legal action to resolve an issue. He learned how to recognize problems from others’ points of view. And he shared that knowledge in his book entitled The Process of Living. This publication explains how to manage the concepts of acknowledging thoughts, understanding feelings, and taking action. By effectively applying these functions in responding to difficult issues, he found the most efficient way to solve problems.
Bill is also an accomplished public speaker with years of experience. His knowledge in business and other types of organizations offers the benefit of being able to focus on objectives.
His teachings have been presented in prisons, benefiting inmates soon to be released, to guide them on how to avoid recidivism and succeed in their new lives.
