This veteran-owned business partners with organizations to increase their efficiency and personnel retention through improving processes, instituting leadership principles, and adapting to human behavior traits that define their cultures. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Ron applied to become a U.S. Air Force officer and pilot. He was selected to enter undergraduate pilot training, graduated as valedictorian, was awarded the Outstanding Leader award, and was assigned to the F-4 pilot position he longed for. Ron has 22 years of active-duty service to the U.S. Air Force, serving as an F-4 pilot, commander, and combat veteran with 300 combat missions. Ron leverages this experience through The Cooper Culture to emphasize harmony in the workplace. Ron works through organizational assessments, from which Ron evaluates current performance and then tailors support initiatives to enhance communication and organizational trust, ultimately contributing to high-performing work cultures.
