I am a life coach that works with clients that have experienced sexual abuse/trauma. My journey to clarity began with me first. I was suffering with depression and anxiety for something that happened to me when I was 4 years old. I didn't begin the healing journey until 6 years ago. That is a very long time to carry around that heavy load. I want to let others know that it is ok to ask for help and heal from whatever they have experienced. The journey to healing and really going after what you want in your life is within your grasp. I am a part of Behind the Power Event with Allyson Roberts. I will be speaking on stage and have written a chapter in the soon to be released book .
