Doug Wheeler, DPhil, is an acclaimed psychotherapist of 35 years. He is also, most recently, an author. His debut book, Reimagining Jonah: A Flight to Freedom, is now available to order!

After enduring several personal losses and quietly turning from organized religion in 2016, Doug now works at the intersection of psychology and spiritual formation, integrating head and heart for the actualization of the “truest Self." In this second half of life, he continues to pursue newness and enlightenment along with better ways of helping others through his practice, his art, and the ways he engages the world.

He runs his private practice on the Eastside of Seattle, where he lives with his wife, Lori, and dog, Chester.
