Alex Sydnor is a strategist, advisor, and executive with more than 30 years of experience leading strategy, growth, and transformation across hospitals, health systems, and mission-driven organizations.

He helps executive teams and founders align strategy, structure, and human behavior to accelerate growth and execution. Alex served as Chief Strategy Officer for MaineGeneral Health and Beebe Healthcare, where he led large-scale planning, business development, and value-based care initiatives.

Originally from Cupertino, California (home of Apple Computers), he resides in Maine where he enjoys its many outdoor activities.
