Mental and physical fitness are the two areas I focus on most. I am a Krav Maga instructor (3rd Degree Black Belt) who has also received formal training in Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. I am also a breathing and meditation coach with 10 certifications in those fields. Finally, I am a certified CrossFit coach and I am ISSA certified.
I am a certified mental toughness coach through Krav Maga Worldwide and spent 18 years in the field of Behavior Analysis. I also find value in participating in physical/mental challenges such as the Bataan Memorial Death March, which I have completed 6 times.
