Ben Stein is an executive and career coach who helps mid‑ to senior‑level professionals break free from autopilot and build purposeful, fulfilling work lives. After a remarkable shift from a VP role in New York - where he felt outward success but inner emptiness - Ben committed to coaching, completing intensive training in NLP, mindset work, and RIM facilitation.
Over the past few years, he’s guided hundreds of clients to gain clarity, leave unfulfilling roles, start new businesses, and land better jobs at companies like Meta, Oracle, Microsoft, and Visa, all while improving their balance, pay, and impact. When he isn’t coaching, Ben is a devoted husband and father, an avid tennis player, and a world traveler.
