She spent over a decade in commercial real estate, on a team that closed $1.4B in transactions. In 2008, she founded Seven5 Seven3 Marketing Group with $700. Seventeen years later, that bet has generated $280M+ in client revenue.

Along the way, she discovered that the strategies that create sustainable wealth can also create sustainable joy. That’s why she founded Pretty Damn Ambitious®, an online global collective for ambitious women entrepreneurs in expert-based service businesses. Her Joyful Ambition™ framework helps entrepreneurs build profitable businesses while integrating joy and personal values into success.

Now an Ambition Architect and Speaker, Bianca’s work has been featured in ESSENCE, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Black Enterprise, and NBC Texas Today.
