I'm a board-certified family physician, best-selling author, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker. I've lived on all sides of the stethoscope - as a doctor, a caregiver for my husband while battling stage IV lymphoma, and as a breast cancer survivor myself. I also broke the mold by founding one of the first concierge medical practices in Texas when everyone said it wouldn't work. Today, I help people stop putting themselves last and give themselves Permission to Thrive -- in their health, mindset, and life.
