Jim Tracy is the “Curator of Culture” who grew up in rural South Dakota as the 6th of 8 children. He was a welder working in remote locations when he fell head over heels in love and attended University with his new wife Sarah. Together they have built a family, successful business exits and worked through 45 years of change and growth. They are the parents of 5 kids and grandparents to 16! Jim spent over 3 decades in senior management including 23 as CEO of Legacy Telecommunications, Inc. Jim is a type rated jet pilot who was inducted into the Wireless History Foundation’s Wireless Hall of Fame Class of 2021. He spent time in private firms, family enterprises and private equity owned ventures. Today he is a high demand keynote speaker, author, and award winning podcaster who helps executive teams execute through strategy, coaching, board membership and advisory services.
