Mary Lou Panzano

Mary Lou Panzano is an award-winning communications executive with over 35 years of experience in employee communications at global companies, helping leaders successfully guide strategic organizational change initiatives. After a devastating family loss, Mary Lou decided to leave her demanding role behind to do what she loves most: teach people how to prosper. Today, she is a certified leadership coach, communications advisor, speaker, and best-selling co-author with a passion for helping people succeed through any change they wish to make in business or in their lives.
Mary Lou is co-author of Cracking the Rich Code, Volume 18, and a contributing author in The Art of Connection: 365 Days of Resilience. Her solo book, Cementing Change: Cracking the Code for Communications that Work, will be published in 2026. She is the past president of the Board of her local Habitat for Humanity affiliate and volunteers at church and in her community. Mary Lou enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, reading, singing, and spending precious time with family and friends. Wife, stepmother, and grandma, Mary Lou lives in New Jersey with her husband, John, and their German Shepherd, Bruno.
