Phillip Lanier

Phillip Lanier grew up in Fort Mill, South Carolina, raised by a sixteen- year-old single mom with no money and no safety net. After failing English, missing his own high school graduation, and living in a tent at 18, Phillip hustled through more than 20 low-wage jobs before finding his break in the construction world.

Starting with no money, no training, and no backup plan, he built a 115-person company from the ground up, literally digging ditches, and sold it 20 years later, retiring at 47. Today, Phillip mentors others who feel stuck and proves that with grit, faith, and the right guidance, anyone can change their future.
