Richard Jack III is an Alignment Coach & Strategist and the founder of the CEI Ecosystem™ (Clarity | Execute | Impact)—a performance framework designed to help leaders and high-performing professionals align identity, decisions, and execution. His work centers on eliminating drift, restoring clarity, and turning intention into consistent action.

Earlier in his career, Richard founded Gentlemen By Choice and Ladies By Choice, leading youth development programs that impacted more than 1,200 students across four states. That experience grounded his belief that alignment—not motivation—is the real driver of lasting change.

Today, he applies those principles to individuals and organizations seeking clarity, precision, and impact—by design, not default.
