Steve McKee on Overcoming Cancer and Finding Strength | 1,489

Steve McKee’s life changed at 12 with a diagnosis of a cancerous brain tumor. What followed was not one battle, but multiple. Surgeries, chemotherapy, and repeated returns of new tumors that tested him physically, mentally, and emotionally over the years.

Each time, he rebuilt. Finished school. Worked. Tried to reclaim a sense of normal. But after facing cancer again and again, what once felt like confusion turned into anger, and eventually into something deeper, exhaustion. Still, he kept going.

After undergoing intensive radiation treatment, Steve reached a turning point. Not just in his health, but in how he chose to live. He made a conscious decision to take ownership of his life in a new way, focusing on belief in himself, disciplined habits, and a lifestyle centered on what he felt would support his healing and clarity.

From that shift came a broader realization. His message is rooted in personal responsibility, mindset, and the belief that change starts within. That by choosing how we think, act, and live, we can influence not just our own lives, but the energy we bring into the world.

Today, Steve shares his story and perspective to inspire others to take control of their path, stay resilient through adversity, and contribute to something more positive on a larger scale.

How WE'll change THE WORLD!

At ages 12, 14 and 19 I was asleep. I fought 3 cancerous brain tumors it was as though I wasn't living MY LIFE. It took ME another 4 years to wake up! When I was 23 I did things that completely opened MY eyes....I had always BELIEVED IN MYSELF....I had to fighting those damn tumors but, I knew that I had to do more if I didn't want to be diagnosed with a fourth "foreign mass" on MY brain so, I added 3 more things to LIFE and haven't been back to a hospital (as a patient) since. VEGANISM EXERCISE TEARS, : protect LIVES on Earth, strengthen MYself and HEAL. They're simple things to do but, HUMANITY is manipulated. To be honest, I would probably still be if I didn't get 'kicked in the ass' by those poisons. I was one of the fortunate ones to survive after chemotherapy, radiation and surgeries but, I want to make sure no human has to merely survive after trauma....or, at any other point in LIFE. WE WILL BE THE 1ST GENERATION OF HUMANS THAT THRIVE!
