Fedra Tehrani believes meaningful healing begins with understanding the patterns behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
A Licensed Clinical Therapist with a background in social and clinical psychology, Fedra has worked with individuals navigating trauma, abuse, anxiety, substance use, thought disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Her career began at San Mateo County Hospital's acute crisis unit, where she worked as a Rehab Therapist before becoming Rehab Director and supervising other therapists in crisis intervention and treatment.
Fedra later joined Edgewood Center, working closely with adolescents and young adults while expanding her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies.
Through her work, Fedra brings together clinical knowledge, compassion, and curiosity to help people better understand themselves and develop tools for navigating life's challenges.
Her message is simple: greater awareness can help us understand our patterns, strengthen our coping skills, and create meaningful change in how we experience our lives.
