He is the creator of the REV: Respond, Expand, Venture framework, a practical system designed to help individuals navigate pressure, adapt quickly, and take decisive action in complex environments.
A Fulbright Fellow and Harvard Horizons Scholar, Henry has taught extensively at Harvard and Oxford, trained in journalism at Northwestern’s Medill School, and presented his research around the world. He also completed the full improv curriculum at Second City, bringing a dynamic, real world edge to his communication and leadership work.
