Jaric Marton is the co founder of High Agency Club, a former Division I soccer player at the Air Force Academy, and a former Space Force program manager. Today, he helps former athletes and high performers break free from identity loss and rebuild structure, purpose, and direction after their competitive chapter ends.
On paper, Jaric had everything. A full scholarship, a top tier education, and a role managing advanced space programs at just 22. But when soccer ended, he lost more than a sport. He lost his identity, structure, and sense of mission. That disconnect led him into a cycle of distraction, burnout, and feeling stuck despite outward success.
That breaking point became a turning point. Jaric invested deeply in mentorship, studied high performers, and developed The Redprint, a system designed to help people reclaim clarity, discipline, and purpose across every area of life. Today, alongside his co founder Oscar, he guides individuals through that same transition.
His work focuses on the identity crisis many high achievers face, why discipline without direction fails, and how to rebuild a life with intention, structure, and meaning. His approach is direct, grounded in psychology, and rooted in lived experience, helping capable people stop operating on autopilot and start building lives they are proud of.
