Jennifer Newberg is a communications and partnerships executive with experience across both corporate and nonprofit sectors, leading mission-driven campaigns for brands including T-Mobile, Purina, Dove, and Planet Fitness. In May 2024, Jennifer’s life changed forever. While on a dream trip to Greece with her husband, he unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. Inspired by Maya Angelou’s words, “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you,” she chose to share her story openly to help others feel less alone.

That choice became It’s Lifey and HopeHub, a growing community for widows seeking compassion, conversation, and connection. Through support groups, expert-led sessions, retreats, and one-on-one peer connections, Jennifer is building what she once needed most: a home for widows to feel seen, supported, and surrounded by understanding.

Her message is simple yet profound: there is no playbook for life, but with community, healing becomes possible. Loneliness isolates, but love and shared experience light the way forward.
