A 1991 graduate of the University of Scranton, Jen has dedicated the past 25 years to outpatient care, blending evidence-based practices with compassionate, patient-centered approaches.

In 2017, Jen earned her National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach, followed by completing a Fellowship in Pain Science through Evidence in Motion. As a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, she integrates mental fitness techniques with Lifestyle Medicine to empower her clients to achieve holistic well-being. Her passion for teaching shines through her work as Program Director for Certification in Lifestyle Medicine at Evidence in Motion, as well as her contributions to numerous educational organizations.
