Greif Coach/Author
Tara is a grief coach, speaker, and the heart behind the On Fridays We Dance movement—a space where healing, joy, and raw honesty coexist.
After experiencing profound personal loss, including the death of her daughter Harper, Tara’s work was born not from theory, but from lived experience. She understands grief not as something to “fix,” but as something to gently hold, explore, and move with.
Through her coaching, Tara creates spaces rooted in safety, compassion, and what she calls engaged neutrality—allowing clients to be exactly where they are, without pressure to rush their healing. Her approach blends emotional depth with grounded practices, helping people reconnect with themselves while navigating loss, identity shifts, and life after grief.
She is also the creator of On Fridays We Dance, a movement that invites people to reclaim joy in the midst of life’s heaviness—often through imperfect, joyful, sometimes awkward dance. What started as a personal practice has grown into a message that resonates with people navigating both grief and everyday life.
Tara is currently expanding her work through retreats and collaborative healing experiences, bringing together modalities like movement, meditation, and creative expression to support deeper connection and transformation.
Her message is simple but powerful: you don’t have to wait until you feel better to start living again.
