Courtney Freeman on Living a Life That Feels Real | 1,522

Courtney Freeman is the voice behind The Unbroken Blueprint, a platform centered on helping people stop performing a life that looks successful and start building one that actually feels true.

Her work speaks to high functioning individuals who appear capable, dependable, and self aware on the outside, yet quietly feel disconnected from themselves underneath it all. Through honest conversations and grounded insight, Courtney explores what it means to move beyond survival patterns, people pleasing, and performance driven living into something more aligned, steady, and real.

At the core of her message is a powerful shift. Less force. More alignment. Less performance. More truth.

Through her podcast and conversations around identity, self trust, emotional patterns, and relationships, Courtney encourages people to examine the roles they have outgrown and reconnect with who they actually are beneath expectations and conditioning.

Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply human, focused not on becoming someone new, but on returning to the version of yourself that was never broken in the first place.

Courtney’s work resonates with those ready to make difficult but healthy choices in pursuit of a life that feels more honest, free, and fully their own.

After Hurricane Katrina, she entered the beverage distribution industry, building a successful career while quietly carrying the weight of childhood trauma and misaligned beliefs she hadn’t yet recognized as her own. It wasn’t until COVID-19 brought the world to a standstill that everything came to the surface. Locked down in California with two young children, the patterns and cycles rooted in her earliest wounds could no longer be ignored. In July 2020, she made a life-changing decision: she entered a weeklong childhood trauma survivors intensive program at The Meadows in Arizona — and has not had a single sip of alcohol since.

That week became the foundation of a profound healing journey. Through deep therapeutic work, she began untangling decades of trauma, people-pleasing, and performance-based living. That healing, as transformative as it was, also brought necessary endings — …Read More
