Anna Sosnina is an ICF-certified coach, speaker, and founder of EssorVie Coaching, where she helps people move forward with clarity, intention, and confidence in life, business, and career decisions. A two-time immigrant born in Uzbekistan, Anna’s journey spans multiple reinventions — from software development to product leadership and now entrepreneurship — giving her a deep understanding of transitions, growth, and purposeful change. She is the creator of the EssorVie™ Method, a structured coaching approach built around clarity, alignment, strategy, action, and results, designed to help clients take ownership of their direction and create meaningful outcomes. Anna is passionate about empowering others to navigate turning points with courage and self-trust, and she brings both strategic insight and heart to every conversation. Outside of coaching, she loves skiing, hiking, cooking, photography, and spending time with her deaf dog, Snow.
