A retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major with 29 years of service, Dustin Shepherd spent his military career leading through some of the most demanding environments imaginable. Multiple combat deployments taught him that leadership is measured not by authority, but by the ability to guide people through uncertainty, hardship, and change. After facing his own personal struggles and the devastating loss of fellow Soldiers, Dustin realized that many people who want help never receive it because they do not know where to begin.
