Jodi-Maree Cronin
Doctor, Author
Dr. Jodi-Maree Cronin is a retired doctor, animal-assisted psychotherapist, Emotional Wealth Consultant and Director of the Pack 4 Life Institute.
She is the founder of Relational Awareness and Wisdom (RAW), a unique approach centred on developing greater awareness of self, other and the relational space between them. Her work explores how awareness of our relational style can transform the way we experience ourselves and engage with the world around us.
Much of Jodi-Maree’s work has an unlikely teacher at its heart — her cheeky little assistance dog, Benni. Through trauma, recovery and the extraordinary bond they shared, Benni challenged Jodi-Maree to see relationships, healing and human connection differently.
Jodi-Maree is the author of three published books, including her memoir, Benni: The Best Medicine Has Paws, which chronicles the remarkable journey she shared with the little dog who helped change the course of her life. Her writing continues to explore the themes that have shaped both her life and her work — connection, relationships, healing and what it means to live a values-based life. She is currently writing a children’s book, Finding Benni, alongside a new book exploring concepts around Emotional Wealth.
Her message is simple: we don’t exist in a vacuum. Developing awareness of our relational style can transform how we live.
