Founder/CEO
Kim Chatman is a transformational life and health coach for purpose-driven women living with chronic illness - women who often find themselves asking, "What now?"
After a 20-year career as a Registered Nurse, Kim's life took an unexpected turn when chronic illness forced her into early retirement. Like many of the women she now serves, she experienced a deep loss of identity, purpose, and direction.
What followed was not a quick recovery from loss, but a 14-year journey of rebuilding her life from the inside out.
Through years of personal transformation and advanced training in Women-Centered coaching, Kim discovered that true transformation isn't loud or immediate — it's a quiet shift in how we see ourselves, our lives, and what's still possible.
Today, she helps women who feel stuck, invisible, or disconnected from who they used to be reclaim their power and begin creating a meaningful next chapter.
Her work focuses on guiding women to the turning point where they stop living from loss and begin moving forward with new skills, new awareness, and renewed purpose
