Nora is the author of five practical Self-Care toolkits designed to bring grounding tools into daily life and group settings. Her ultimate mission lies in specialized professional training and systemic advocacy. Nora is currently developing a vital, upcoming Continuing Education Unit (CEU) curriculum focused on domestic violence to equip Minnesota practitioners with real-world trauma tools. Driven by an unshakeable commitment to justice and truth, Nora is on a mission to educate and empower entire communities to step up, take action, and rewrite the stigma around domestic violence, with a portion of proceeds from the FLIRT Shop dedicated to supporting local domestic violence advocacy and survivor resources.
