Jenny White on Medical Thriller Writing from Real Experience | 1,567

Jenny White knows that the most compelling medical stories are often the ones that happen behind hospital doors.

A former registered nurse, healthcare executive, and medical thriller author, Jenny spent more than 30 years working in intensive care, trauma, public health, and long term care before surviving a life threatening brain tumor that forced her to rebuild her life from the ground up.

That experience inspired a new calling. Through her bestselling medical thriller series, beginning with The Triggering Scent, Jenny draws on decades of frontline healthcare experience to reveal the ethical dilemmas, burnout, and human realities rarely seen in fiction, all through the eyes of a nurse.

A survivor of cancer, abuse, and brain surgery, Jenny believes even life's greatest challenges can become the foundation for stories that educate, inspire, and create lasting impact.
