Kenny Stoddart and Nicholas “Nick” Vuletich believe meaningful leadership begins with understanding who you are, taking ownership of your growth, and recognizing the importance of supporting those around you.
As the founder of IronMind Elite, Kenny helps young professionals develop the self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, and mental readiness needed to navigate the transition from college into adulthood. His work focuses on building identity and leadership beyond titles, achievements, and expectations.
Nick is a psychology major and First Class cadet at The Citadel, graduating in May 2027. As part of an internship supervised by Kenny through IronMind Advisors, Nick founded The Citadel Mental Wellness and Resiliency Club, known as The Watch, a cadet-led initiative encouraging students to look out for one another. Its first meeting attracted 100 sign-ups.
Together, Kenny and Nick bring perspectives from mentorship, leadership development, and student-led initiatives, highlighting the importance of resilience, personal responsibility, and meaningful connection.
Their message is simple: leadership starts with knowing yourself, but its greatest impact comes from using that awareness to support, strengthen, and inspire others.
