Paul McKee believes success is not always about following a traditional career path. Sometimes, the greatest opportunities come from recognizing a problem, finding a solution, and creating something that genuinely helps others.
With a background in engineering, education, and web development, Paul built an unconventional career that began with a simple online business that helped pay off his family's student loans. He later spent 10 years teaching in New York schools, where a classroom website he created became so popular it overwhelmed the school's network.
That experience inspired him to launch Teach-nology, which grew into a leading online resource for K-12 educators. After selling his network of educational websites, Paul gained further experience in digital media before discovering that retirement left him searching for a new purpose.
Today, Paul is the founder of FreeWorksheets.com, a platform dedicated to providing completely free educational resources while supporting retired teachers who help create its materials.
His message is simple: finding purpose does not end with professional success. Sometimes, the most meaningful chapter begins when you use everything you've learned to give back and make life easier for others.
