A former British Army soldier and Royal Air Force firefighter, Anthony has spent more than 15 years helping people improve their health, performance, and quality of life through realistic, sustainable fitness.

Throughout his career, he has coached thousands of clients, trained fighters, mentored aspiring fitness professionals through his partnership with NASM, and built multiple successful fitness businesses.
