My name is Leah Nappe and I am the Founder of In Charge In Change LLC. My mission is to help single, divorced and widowed women stabilize their nervous system, reclaim their identity and create a future they are excited to wake up to after relationship loss. My work was born through my own season of loss as well as working with my mom after her divorce. I am also the author of From Home to Heart. In my free time, I love to cook and read and explore wine / wine tastings! I am also a huge football fan and my animal is a horse!
