Hypnotherapist / Author

Susannah Robbins is a Certified Master Hypnotist, IEMT Practitioner, author and founder of MindShift Potentials, where she helps clients break free from chronic anxious thoughts, overthinking, fear, and self-doubt so they can feel calmer, more confident and more in control.

Her path to this work began with something deeply personal: watching her daughter struggle with severe anxiety. Susannah’s search for ways to help eventually led them to hypnosis, and the meaningful changes she witnessed inspired her to change the direction of her own life and train as a hypnotist.

As Susannah began working with clients, she saw how important it was for them to have simple tools they could use on their own—not just during a session, but in the very moment anxiety showed up. That realization led her to write Calm in Your Pocket: 20 Simple Tools to Stop Anxiety in Its Tracks, a practical collection of easy-to-access strategies for navigating anxious thoughts, stress, and overwhelm in everyday life.

Today, Susannah combines hypnosis, IEMT, self-hypnosis, and practical anxiety-relief strategies to help her clients change old patterns, release the emotional weight of past experiences, and build greater resilience and self-trust.

Susannah lives in Marin County, California, where she loves hiking, spending time by the water, and getting her dog-energy fix whenever possible.

Her message is simple: anxiety doesn’t have to run your life.
